What's the main difference between Pro and Free?
Pro mainly unlocks the Enhanced Network View with dynamic particle flow, career path highlights, and talent heat display, plus data export and priority customer support.
What's the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly billing saves about 17% (¥99/year equals ¥8.25/month), while monthly billing is ¥9.9/month. Yearly subscribers lock in the discounted price for a full year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you'll continue to enjoy Pro benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
